Information We Collect
Information you provide directly: contact form submissions (name, email, company, project description), newsletter subscriptions, project briefs during an engagement, and messages via any channel you choose.
Information collected automatically: Vercel Analytics collects anonymized usage data (page views, device type, geography — no PII). Our hosting provider logs IP addresses and request data for security purposes. We use minimal session cookies for site functionality only — no advertising trackers.
How We Use Your Information
We use your data to respond to inquiries and deliver the service you requested, send our newsletter if you opted in (every email has an unsubscribe link), improve our website using anonymized analytics, comply with legal obligations, and protect our rights where necessary.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.
AI Tools & Automation
We use AI-assisted tools internally for research, drafting, and building systems. We do not input your personally identifiable information into third-party AI systems without your explicit consent.
When we build AI-powered systems for clients, data handling is governed by a separate service agreement. We follow data minimization principles in every AI pipeline we design.
Some content on this site may be AI-assisted. All content is reviewed and approved by our team before publication.
Third-Party Services
We only share data in limited, necessary circumstances: with Vercel (our hosting platform) for technical delivery, with our email provider to deliver newsletters and confirmations, and with legal authorities if required by law.
If you contact us via WhatsApp, your messages are also subject to Meta's privacy policy. In the event of a business transfer, we will notify you before your data moves to a different policy.
Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained for up to 2 years, then securely deleted. Newsletter subscribers are retained until you unsubscribe. Project data is retained for the engagement duration plus up to 3 years for legal purposes, then deleted or anonymized. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymized — no identifiable personal data is stored.
Your Rights
Depending on your location you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, or to object to our processing. EU/EEA (GDPR) and California (CCPA) residents have additional protections.

Data Security
